The home inspection process can be frightening and overwhelming. We wish to reassure you it is not our job to ruin your day. The point of the inspection is quite simply to educate you, our client, on the overall condition of the home. That's it. There is no such thing as the home passing or failing. Construction procedures and building codes change every year. So it is up to your professional inspector to educate you on any potential safety hazards to keep you and the ones you love informed and safe.
